The terms that actually matter
No fine-print surprises. These are the rules, stated like we mean them — because we do.
The 12-month commission window opens when your referral makes their first payment — not when they click, not when they sign up free. Free signups are attributed and waiting; earnings begin when they convert.
If a referral cancels, commission stops at cancellation — but everything you've already earned is yours. No clawbacks, ever.
If a churned referral comes back within 3 months, your commission resumes automatically on the original clock. After 3 months away, the attribution expires.
Commission is calculated on the base subscription price. Seat add-ons and credit packs are permanently excluded — that's a program term, not a v1 limitation. The math stays clean.
One unique referral link, generated in your account. No coupon codes — which means no discount-aggregator leakage and no pricing games.
Paid on the 1st for the prior month via Stripe Connect, straight to your bank. $25 minimum; smaller balances roll forward.
