The prize is not on the price list.

Reading, voting and writing cost nothing on any plan, including Free, and winning a round pays. Some rounds charge an entry fee in Canon Credits, named before you write. A subscription buys Canon Canvas, where you develop the script; it buys no advantage in the ranking, and it never has.

CanonBoard funds the prize out of subscriptions and takes no cut of it. The amount is announced with each round.

Payout minimum

Withdraw whatever you have earned. Payouts are settled by hand to your PayPal address once the script's writer has signed off on usage.

What a paid plan changes about a round is nothing. A Canon Credit can buy past the fork, on any plan that has credits, and that is the only shortcut there is. It does not change how drafts are ordered, how they are read, or how they are scored — the scoring never sees what anyone pays. Prize money is taxable like any other income, and the rules live in the Board terms.
